Our Nurses
The back bone to any clinic is the amazing and hard working nursing staff and we are proud at VEVC to have a fantastic team. Our nurses are involved with every aspect of caring for your horse and provide essential support to our vets. They do invaluable work behind the scenes and provide a high level of dedication, skill and compassion to both our patients and clients.
All of our nurses have attained their certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, which is the highest qualification available to veterinary nurses in Australia. Our nurses are also working towards additional related qualifications and also attend seminars, conferences and courses to further improve their skill set.
They are also all keen horsewomen and riders, so they understand the importance of getting your horse fit and well again as soon as possible. Next time you see them at a competition - don't forget to say hi!
